The recipes for my traditional, delicious baked goods are from my father who was a baker and pastry chef in Switzerland for 40 years.

I am pleased to offer to you his most famous recipes which I brought with me when I moved to Colorado in November 2004: the Meringues and the Braided Butter Bread (also known as "Tresse").
