with berries 1 1/4 cups heavy cream 1 lb. mixed berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries. Meringues from Magali's Delice Put the cream into a bowl and whip until just stiff. Add half the berries and mix briefly to create a marbled effect. Sandwich the meringues together with the berry cream and transfert to individual plates or one serving plate. Sprinkle the remaining berries over the plate and serve. |

" à la crème" Put 2 meringues in a hollow plate and simply pour the heavy and/or whipped cream on them. You can add ice-cream : mocha is excellent, vanilla, strawberry.

glacées" Serve with ice-cream (strawberry, for example) sorbet isn't advised. Garnish with pieces of fresh fruit. Note : meringues will absorb fruit juices, so add the fruits just before serving.
